All charges include fresh food and heating. Your pet will be fed a variety of fresh food, hay and their own dried food. We cannot stock all makes of dried food and, as rabbits and other small animals do not like changing their food, we ask that you bring enough of your pet's usual dry food for its stay with us. An additional charge of 50p per day will be made for pets on medication.
Boarding is subject to a health check on arrival. We cannot accept sick or pregnant animals. Should any animal show signs of illness whilst in our care we reserve the right, after contacting the owner wherever possible, to seek veterinary advice. Any veterinary fees are payable by the owner on collection.
Only pets from the same home can share. It is strongly recommended that rabbits are vaccinated against VHD and Myxomatosis. Great care is taken by The Warren with the welfare of its residents but we cannot be held responsible if they become ill whilst boarding with us. All pets should be treated for fleas, mites and worms prior to boarding. Any pets showing signs of the above will be treated with Xeno at The Warren at a cost price of £4.50.
Daily charges will include the day of arrival and departure to allow for essential disinfecting of hutches and runs.
A £10.00 deposit is required from all new customers. This deposit is non-refundable unless at least 14 days notice of cancellation is given. The balance is payable on day of arrival.

Owners are most welcome to visit The Warren and inspect the premises during reception hours before boarding their animals.
